Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit prevents vulnerabilities in Windows applications and browsers from being exploited.
Now if you’re not familiar with exploits, an exploit takes advantage of vulnerabilities in a program and through these vulnerabilities, the exploit can deliver malware without end user awareness, be an Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), or any other type of intrusive cyber-attack. There’s a reason why applications like Java and Adobe are updated daily – they have so many holes that can be exploited. So what Anti-Exploit does is it essentially plugs the holes of these browsers and Windows applications.
